General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By submitting the order, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We can accept this offer within five days by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include statutory VAT. In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly communicated to you before completing the order process.

5. Terms of payment

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Klarna, Visa, etc. If you choose to pay in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

6th delivery

Delivery will be made to the address you provide. The delivery time is 5-11 working days, unless otherwise stated. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. For details on the cancellation conditions, please see our cancellation policy.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies. If the goods are defective, you have the choice of whether you want to request repair or replacement. If the repair or replacement fails or is unreasonable for you, you can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

10. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. We are only liable for simple negligence if essential contractual obligations are violated, whereby liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

Information on the collection, processing and use of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

12. Final provisions

Contracts between us and you are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer and have your place of residence or habitual abode in another country, the mandatory legal provisions of that country remain unaffected.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
